Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at SeaPanda! We strive to provide a smooth and efficient shopping experience. Please read our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, and other important information.

Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Standard Orders: We aim to process and dispatch all standard orders within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Priority Orders: All priority orders placed before 14:00 (2:00 PM) will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Any priority orders placed after 14:00 will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Fridays will be processed on the following business day.

Courier Options

We offer two courier options to suit your delivery needs:

  1. The Courier Guy (Door-to-Door Delivery): We use The Courier Guy for door-to-door delivery, which ensures your package is delivered directly to your doorstep.

  2. PostNet to PostNet (Delivery to Nearest PostNet Office): PostNet will deliver your package to your nearest PostNet office, where you can pick it up.

Shipping & Delivery Times

  • Once your order is dispatched, the delivery time is in the hands of the selected courier company.
  • The Courier Guy typically delivers within 1–4 business days depending on your location.
  • PostNet to PostNet delivery time varies depending on the distance between your location and the nearest PostNet office but generally takes 2–5 business days.

Please note that once your order is handed over to the courier company, we no longer have control over the delivery process. If there are any delays or issues with your delivery, please follow up directly with the courier company you selected.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched and shipping is arranged. You can track the status of your order directly with the chosen courier.
